Its because the actual people that make the changes are at blizzard… and 90% of the customer service workers you are dealing with are hired out by a 3rd party company. This isn’t some type of boss mechanic… this isn’t some type of skill based challenge… this is literally… one singular person… distributing items and the mouse clicked the wrong person when trading a item. I am just hoping for someone to realize what is the right thing to do for customer service response and not necessarily what the modern thing to do.Īs keeping with Classic’s original team they really worked on a player to player individual issue per issue… and yes they have restored objects to players that have had something happen to them that is completely out of the players control. ![]() ![]() I been trying to compile everything together to make a wonderful video on this for public awareness and would appreciate your feedback on this one. I read the policy that was probably handed to you guys, but was wondering if your company could actually talk to blizzard employees on this, I would be most thankful, this is the only item in classic that has this issue and its a huge issue that needs to be corrected for all users going forward. This piece was sent to someone that actually already has the Atiesh on accident… so by definition of the item… the user shouldn’t have been able to loot the item… if he already has the Atiesh. 1 of the Splinter of Atiesh in my raid was looted to the wrong player.
